CARCINOMA
La mayoría de pacientes no tendrá una fuente primaria definible. Para tales pacientes, una variedad de enfoques de poliquimioterapia han sido tratados con poco éxito. Ningún tratamiento puede considerarse estándar en el presente. Por lo tanto, tales pacientes deben considerarse en ensayos clínicos disponibles.
